Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Hazards Golf", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hazards Golf Limited.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Our Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, specifications and prices shown on our website are accurate.
Because colours can appear differently depending on the device or screen being used, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.
Minor variations may also occur between products as a result of manufacturing processes. These do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law.
All products are subject to availability.
2. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you should receive an order acknowledgement by email. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Hazards Golf is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and/or dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept an order, for example where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment has not been authorised;
- there has been an obvious error in the price or product description;
- we are unable to deliver to the address provided; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will refund the amount paid.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown on our website in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable will be the price clearly shown when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.
Any applicable taxes that Hazards Golf is required to charge will be included in the displayed price or clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we will contact you and give you the option of continuing with the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
4. UK Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Current UK delivery charges, options and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website and/or during the checkout process.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your goods without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being formed.
Please make sure the delivery address entered when ordering is complete and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
5. International Orders
We can ship Hazards Golf products to customers outside the United Kingdom.
International delivery charges vary depending on the destination.
Customers outside the UK should contact us at info@hazardsgolf.co.uk before ordering so that we can confirm the available delivery service and shipping cost.
Where applicable, international orders may also be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless we specifically state otherwise when providing your international shipping quotation, these local charges are not included in the amount paid to Hazards Golf and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import restrictions or local requirements before placing an international order.
Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of the country in which you live.
6. Delivery and Risk
An order will normally be considered delivered when it has been delivered to the address supplied by you or to another person identified by you to receive it.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the delivery carrier, takes physical possession of them.
If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@hazardsgolf.co.uk and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
7. Changing Your Mind – 21-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your Hazards Golf purchase.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 21-day returns period.
You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order by contacting info@hazardsgolf.co.uk. Please include your name and order number so that we can identify your purchase.
Items being returned because you have changed your mind should:
- be in a resaleable condition;
- not have been worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item;
- include original tags where applicable; and
- be returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect and try an item in the same way that you reasonably could in a physical shop.
We may reduce the amount refunded where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit and that handling has reduced its value.
8. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
For most goods purchased online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel their purchase without giving a reason.
You normally have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
You can exercise this right by emailing info@hazardsgolf.co.uk and clearly telling us that you wish to cancel your order.
After notifying us of a statutory cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Our voluntary 21-day returns policy is intended to give you additional flexibility and does not replace or restrict your statutory cancellation rights.
9. Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not comply with your legal rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using an appropriate tracked or insured delivery service, as appropriate for the value of the goods.
If we have supplied an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact us before returning it. Where appropriate, we will arrange or reimburse a reasonable standard method of return.
10. Refunds
Once a return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to you.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Where the statutory cancellation rules apply, we will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, where applicable, evidence that you have sent them back.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your products are covered by your statutory consumer rights. Goods supplied by Hazards Golf must be:
- of satisfactory quality;
- fit for their normal purpose; and
- as described.
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@hazardsgolf.co.uk. Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a refund, repair or replacement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
12. Promotional Codes and Offers
From time to time we may offer promotional codes, discounts or other offers. Unless stated otherwise:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- promotions may have an expiry date;
- promotional codes may apply only to specified products; and
- promotions cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been completed.
Any specific conditions applying to a promotion will be provided when that promotion is advertised.
Products purchased during a sale or promotion remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights and our stated returns policy unless clearly stated otherwise and permitted by law.
13. Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we cannot fulfil all or part of your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any amount paid for products we are unable to supply.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of www.hazardsgolf.co.uk, including the Hazards Golf name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text and other content, belongs to Hazards Golf Limited or is used by us with permission.
Our website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
15. Website Use
You must not misuse our website or knowingly introduce viruses, malicious code or other material that could damage or interfere with the website or its users.
We may temporarily suspend access to all or part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.
16. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breaches of your statutory rights relating to goods; or
- any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
If you are purchasing products as a consumer, we supply them only for private and domestic use unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
17. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include disruption to postal or courier services, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial disputes, transport disruption, government action or other events that we could not reasonably have prevented.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the delay and keep you informed where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

19. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product, an order or our service, please contact info@hazardsgolf.co.uk. Please provide your order number where relevant and enough information for us to investigate the issue.
We will aim to resolve complaints fairly and as quickly as reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our business, website or applicable law.
The terms that apply to your purchase will normally be those in force when you placed your order.
The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were most recently updated.
21. Severability
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
22. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of the country in which you live.
Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of those protections or any right you may have to bring proceedings in an appropriate court.
